29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards and general slip or trip hazard. (a)At the R-74 Rewinder machine - On or about June 23, 2022 the employer allowed their employees to work around the R-74 rewinder machine where there were two bolts protruding up from the floor exposing them to trip hazards.
