29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer shall assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). If such hazards are present, or likely to be present, the employer shall: During the week of May 23, 2022 and thereafter, at an establishment located at N1344 County Road W, in Fremont, Wisconsin; the employer had not sufficiently detailed a hazard assessment and documentation for grain handling employees performing electrical testing and/or troubleshooting activities on faulty fuses exposing employees to electrical shock and/or arc flash hazards.
