29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) At the Back Corner Exit/Receiving Room, on or about 6/7/2022: A fire extinguisher was blocked by excess product in carts, U-Boats and rolltainers. b) At the Side Exit, on or about 6/7/2022: A fire extinguisher was blocked by excess Pepsi products. c) At the Front Entrance, on or about 6/7/2022: A fire extinguisher was blocked by merchandise.
