29 CFR 1910.22(c): Access and egress. The employer must provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. a) On or about May 24, 2022, the employer did not provide and ensure each employee had a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces in that employees have to climb over conveyors that carries the lumber to the four chop saws located in the Solids Department. b) On or about May 24, 2022, the employer did not provide and ensure each employee had a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces in that employees climb onto the chop saw (#1) guard to get to and from the workstation.
