The U.S. Department of Homeland Security dba U.S. Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in the OSHA inspection number 1558284, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 2, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 180 International Avenue, Calais ME 04619.
