The employer must ensure: Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) On May 16, 2022, the employer did not ensure walking-working surfaces such as but not limited to the protruding steel tram track measured at 28" in width and 1" in height was not maintained free of hazard in that in building #4 a Yale Veracitor 50VX Model: GPL050VXNESE084 Serial: D87513807U forklift truck hit the raised steel tram track with the forks.
