29 CFR 1910.269(a)(2)(ii)(E): Each qualified employee was not trained and competent in the recognition of electrical hazards to which the employee may be exposed and the skills and techniques necessary to control or avoid these hazards: (a) Manchester Street Station - Generator #10: On or about 4/21/2022, each qualified employee was not adequately trained to understand the hazards involved with not properly reconnecting the grounds after performing testing and maintenance of generator #10 and in the skills and techniques necessary to control this hazard.
