29 CFR 1910.269(l)(1)(ii): The employer allowed unqualified employees to work in areas containing unguarded, uninsulated energized lines or parts of equipment operating at 50 volts or more: a) Job site, at/near 1841 Brandywine Drive, Allison Park, PA: On or about April 13, 2022, during electrical line relocation activities, an unqualified worker was allowed to work near a live 23 KV electrical primary line, resulting in a catastrophic event that that allowed 2 workers to received serious injuries after contact with the live, unguarded electrical power line.
