29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a) On or about 04/01/2022 at 1120 Park , New York, NY 10128 Porters were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) found in Clorox bleach while preparing mopping solution and cleaning surfaces. The employees were not provided with a written hazard communication program. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
