29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) On or about April 6, 2022, passageways, storeroom, and breakroom were not kept orderly thereby exposing employees to tripping hazards. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1546030, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 19, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 5404 Broadway, Pearland, TX 77581.
