29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about March 17, 2022, at 5550 Fiesta Way, Margate, Florida, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a roof waterproofing system approximately 21 feet from ground level without a means of fall protection.
