29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): An employee's exposure to any substance in Table Z-1, the exposure limit of which is not preceded by a "C", shall not exceed the 8-hour Time Weighted Average given for that substance any 8-hour work shift of a 40-hour work week: At a workplace located at 2121 Brooks Avenue, Neenah, WI 54956: On March 9, 2022, a KW Deck Lead employee operating the Plant 2 KW Junker auto-pour from the pour deck was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 62.0 ppm for carbon monoxide (CO), approximately 1.2 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ppm. The exposure level was derived from a carboxyhemoglobin blood sample collected after a 340 minute exposure period with zero exposure assumed for the unsampled period of 140 minutes.
