A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors: Location: 620 South Fulton Ave, Mount Vernon, NY 10550; Front Desk Reception Area On or about March 8, 2022 a) Employees were unable to freely exit from the front desk reception area. There were two locked doors and a chain gate and a pad lock on the outside of the door.
