29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(i): The contract employer shall assure that each contract employee is trained in the work practices necessary to safely perform his/her job. Contract employer did not ensure that contracted employee(s) working at Lincoln Premium Poultry, LLC - 1325 E. Cloverly Rd. - Fremont, NE 68025, received training on the physical and hazardous properties of anhydrous ammonia refrigerant. On or about February 19, 2022, second shift contracted employee(s) disassembled a process cooling unit, releasing anhydrous ammonia. An employee suffered severe skin and inhalation burns.
