29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use (Maritime Reference 1915.154): (a) On or about February 24, 2022, in a marine shipyard, a respirator program was not developed for employees required to wear 3M 6200 half-face respirators when performing torch cutting for shipbreaking activities.
