29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Standard Technologies, LLC located at 2641 Hayes Avenue in Fremont, Ohio 43420: On or about March 10, 2022 the employer did not ensure elevated non-floor surfaces on the east side of the Nordson Vantage FCM booth were maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Powder coating material was allowed to accumulate on wall surfaces and electrical outlets exposing employees to electrical fire hazards.
