29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met (This section is applicable to shipyard employment by 29 CFR 1915.1200 that incorporates the General Industry requirement): Joint Base Charleston, SC: On or about February 15, 2022, the employer did not establish and maintain a hazard communication program that explained the hazards associated with exposure to chemical products such as, but not limited to Limestone 60%, Silyl-terminated Polyether 30% and Non-Phthalate Plasticizer 10%.
