29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: a) In the warehouse, located at 200 Expansion Blvd., Port Wentworth, GA 31407, on or about February 17, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to crushing and struck-by hazards, in that employees were permitted to operate powered industrial trucks without sounding the horn when going around corners and in traveling in other areas of the warehouse where vision was obstructed by product.
