29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: a) At the establishment, on or about 2/16/2022: Employees are exposed to injurious hazards as the employer has not audited its energy control procedures since its inception during calendar year 2003. Workers perform maintenance of machinery such as, but not limited to, the planner and three cut-up saw.
