29 CFR 1910.38(e): The employer did not train employees to assist in a safe and orderly evacuation of other employees. At a worksite located at 1645 NW 550th Rd, Kingsville, MO 64061: Employees were exposed to fire and possible explosion hazards. This occurred on or about and at times prior to January 27, 2022. The employer failed to develop an emergency action plan that included training for employees working with energetic materials in a small arms ammunition manufacturing facility on the plan and how employees would assist in the safe and orderly evacuation of other employees.
