29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1)(i):The employer did not assure that no employee services any multi-piece rim wheel unless the employee has been trained and instructed in the correct and safe operating procedures described in 29 CFR 1910.177(f): On or about January 21, 2022, at Solaris Oil Field in Webb County, an employee was exposed to struck by hazard while servicing multi-piece rim wheels without training.
