1910.145(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not provide and properly post danger signs that instructed employees of the possible hazards and that special precautions are necessary. a) Turret Press Department- On or about January 20, 2022, the Pega Queen 345 Turret Press was not posted with signs that instructed the employees of the hazards and guards required when operating the Turret Press. Without proper signs and instructions, the employee was injured when the Turret Press cycle was initiated.
