29 CFR 1910.27(a): Scaffolds used in general industry did not meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds). During the week of December 20, 2021, at an establishment located at 1740 Cofrin Drive, Suite #2, in Green Bay, Wisconsin; the employer utilized an in-house basket attached to the forks of the forklift. The basket was not designed by a qualified person and construction and loaded in accordance with that design.
