29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: (a) On or about February 11, 2022 and at times prior, in the hotel guest bathrooms where the employer did not conduct a hazard assessment to determine if employees who worked with hazardous chemicals such as Gel Pro cleaner, needed personal protective equipment.
