29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage: Employees engaged in casing mail at the United States Postal Office located at 420 East Avenue, Holdrege, Nebraska were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the employees were not instructed in the recognition of the hazards associated with working around live electrical circuits or exposed conductors and the methods to mitigate those hazards.
