29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer had not initiated and maintained programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about December 23, 2021, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 24'-6" to a lower level while assessing an electrical project in the area of the Skip Hoist Construction Project located at 8826 US-24 Mapleton, Illinois 61547, and the employer had not ensured an inspection to identify and eliminate hazards was performed.
