29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):This standard is applicable to construction employment as defined by 1926.59. The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met. The employer is failing to protect employees from the hazards associated with exposure to chemicals. This was most recently documented on or about December 14, 2021 at a residential construction jobsite located at 8202 S 194th St., Gretna Nebraska. The employer is failing to ensure that a written hazard communication program has been implemented in the workplace that specifies the chemicals utilized by the employees and their associated hazards. Chemicals in use such as, but not limited to, DYNAGRIP 4000 Subfloor Construction Adhesive.
