29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about November 27, 2021, the employer did not ensure procedures for the safe application, usage, and removal of potentially hazardous energy controls were developed, documented, and/or, utilized during service and maintenance activities on a Sonny's Over-Under Conveyor Soft Drop car wash system. The conveyor contained electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic stored energy.
