29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9): Compressed gas cylinders were not secured in an upright position: a) On or about November 17, 2021, at the construction site staging area, in the yellow storage container, next to the employee break area, one compressed acetylene gas cylinder and one compressed oxygen gas cylinder were not secured and at risk of falling down. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was witnessed by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
