29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about November 11, 2021, the employer did not ensure procedures for the safe application, usage, and removal of potentially hazardous energy controls were developed, documented, and/or, utilized during die set up on a hydraulic Cunningham Manufacturing Co. "C" style press, S/N 91597-214 with a 6" bore, 3" piston with ?' stroke. The presses contained both electrical and hydraulic stored energy.
