29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a.) In the Yard Area in front of Building 1, on or about 11/01/2021, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crush-by hazards in that forklift operators were not looking in the direction of travel at all times when operating a forklift.
