29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: (a) On or about November 3, 2021, and at times prior thereto, in the production areas, where the employer did not conduct a hazard assessment to determine if employees who worked with hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to SK250, needed personal protective equipment.
