1910.1053(d)(3)(iii) Where the most recent exposure monitoring indicates that employee exposures are at or above the action level but at or below the PEL, the employer shall repeat such monitoring within six months of the most recent monitoring. �On February 2, 2022, at a facility located at 2900 E. Richmond Street in Shawano, WI; the employer did not repeat exposure monitoring within six months when the most recent exposure monitoring indicated employee exposures at or above the action level. An employee operating the Plant 2 Pangborn was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 108 �g/m3 for airborne respirable crystalline silica.
