The employer must ensure: 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a. On or about October 8, 2021 located in the flu duct at 29503 State Rt. 7, Stratton, Ohio, the employer failed to cover up protruding objects such as stud bars, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
