29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 10/01/2021, in the kitchen area, the employer did not ensure employees utilized lockout/tagout procedures while performing maintenance/servicing activities, such as, but not limited to: clearing dough balls, unjamming and removing dough from a Benier Proofer machine. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
