29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a.) Bolingbrook Yard - On or about September 14, 2021, the employer failed to ensure an energy control procedure was developed and documented for the control of hazardous energy when employees were engaged in the service and maintenance task of replacing Welsch Ready Mix dump truck air bags, thereby exposing employee to hazards associated with gravitational energy and the unexpected movement of the truck trailer.
