29 CFR 1926.200(h)(1): Accident prevention tags were not used a temporary means of warning employees of an existing hazard, such as defective tools, equipment, etc: a) On or about September 21, 2021; the employer had not tagged the 4100 Bosch 10 inch table-saw (SN 50805 0274) as out of service due to a missing guard. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
