29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1) as referenced by 29 CFR 1926.59: Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Worksite, South Jefferson Street and I-280, Orange, NJ For employees directed to demolish and remove concrete road surfaces with pneumatic jackhammers, and repair the road surface with new concrete, the employer did not implement a written hazard communication program that included safety data sheets for chemicals including but not limited to Quikcrete Rapid Road Concrete powder. Violation occurred on or about September 27, 2021
