29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) On or about 9/10/2021 - Casting Area 818, employees were exposed to burn hazards when pouring and skimming molten ductile iron and adequate primary personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, aluminized material and adequate face protection was not utilized.
