29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. (a) Double Miter Saws - On or about September 9, 2021 the employer did not ensure procedures specific to each machine were developed, documented and utilized for the control of energy sources of equipment such as but not limited to electrical, pneumatic and rotational energy when employees performed servicing and maintenance, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
