29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Throughout the company, located at 1377 Old Nunez Road and 8985 Pine Tree Trail, Swainsboro, GA 30401, on or about September 07, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to caught-in and struck-by hazards, in that the procedures they had in place for Lockout/Tagout were not utilized by employees during maintenance activities.
