29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(ii): In addition, the employer did not establish and/or implement those elements of a written respiratory protection program necessary to ensure that any employee using a respirator voluntarily is medically able to use that respirator, and that the respirator is cleaned, stored, and maintained so that its use does not present a health hazard to the user: 200 Crownshield Ave., Uxbridge, MA: On or about August 30, 2021, the employer had not established the elements of a written respiratory protection program necessary to ensure that employees using tight fitting cartridge type respirators voluntarily for protection against fiberglass and High density mineral wool dusts and fibers are medically able to use those respirators, and that the respirators are cleaned, stored, and maintained so that its use does not present a health hazard to the user. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
