Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. On or about 8/17/2021, at 322 North A Street, Farmington, MO 63460, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a 12:12 pitch roof, approximately 22 feet above ground level, was protected from falling. The employer failed to protect their employees by not providing one or more of the following: Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
