29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1):Trucks shall not be driven up to anyone standing in front of a bench or other fixed object. a) On or about August 3, 2021, the Toyota Forklift Model 8FGCU32 was used to move a steel tank. During the move it was driven up to an employee standing in front of a fixed wall exposing the employee to struck by and crushing hazards. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item
