29 CFR 1926.451(a)(1):Each scaffold and/or scaffold component was not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least 4 times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it: Site- On or about August 5, 2021 a carpenter bracket scaffold, made with job made wooden brackets, collapsed when it could not support less than its maximum intended load. Four employees fell to the ground while working from the scaffold when it collapsed.
