1926.859(a) Workers other than only those employees necessary for the performance of demolition operations were permitted in an area when balling or clamming was being performed. Only those workers necessary for the performance of the operations shall be permitted in this area at any other time: a.) Gulf Coast Dismantling & Salvage, Inc., jobsite located at 200 Stewart Way, Sharon, PA, on or about August 11th, 2021: No continuing inspection of the worksite was conducted during the work progress in the demolition stage. Loosened material that was grabbed by the claw arm of an excavator created a struck by hazard for employees.
