29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1):The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative: a. On or about 07/26/2021, at line 2 bottle rinse conveyor - the employer did not ensure the conveyor was isolated from an energy source and rendered inoperative while conducting work that requires employees to place any part of his or her body, into an area on a conveyor that has moving part such as a chains and sprocket, during a machine operating, exposing employee to nip and pinch point hazards.
