29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment shall be independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and were not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attached: 17 Main St., Florence, MA: On or about August 10, 2021, employees were observed installing a solar panel system on the roof of this building with their personal fall arrest system (PFAS) attached to the solar panel support brackets, and the documentation provided by the employer shows that they are not capable of supporting 5000 pounds per employee attached.
