29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: a) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to ensure caution signs were used to warn of unsafe conditions for conveyor systems, exposing employees to a caught-in hazard posed by in-going nip points on various equipment including but not limited to the bake conveyor system and the grilled chicken conveyor line. b) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to ensure caution signs were used to warn of unsafe conditions for conveyor systems, exposing employees to open live electrical equipment including but not limited to 480 volt control boxes .
