29 CFR 1926.502(i)(3):All covers were not secured when installed so as to prevent accidental displacement by the wind, equipment, or employees: a) Roof of 53 W Germantown Pike Norristown, PA- On or about July 6, 2021, and times prior thereto, employees performing roofing work were exposed to an approximate 24 foot fall hazard in that all covers were not secured to prevent accidental displacement. IMC Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.502(i)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1294325, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 3, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 390 Hackensack Ave, Hackensack, NJ 07601.
